Our history
Lumera Collete was founded in 2009 in Ireland, when a mother and daughter decided to turn their shared love for women’s fashion into something more.
Margaret had spent many years working around clothing and understood something that many brands overlook: women don’t just want beautiful clothes, they want pieces that feel comfortable, flattering, and easy to wear in real life.
Her daughter Aoife had always had a natural eye for style and trends, and together they began carefully selecting dresses that truly offered the three things they believed mattered most: style, comfort, and quality.
At the beginning, it was something very simple. They started by recommending dresses and pieces to friends, family, and local customers who were looking for clothing that felt elegant but still comfortable enough for everyday life.
Today, Lumera Collete remains a family-run brand, still guided by the same idea it started with over a decade ago: to offer clothing that helps women feel confident, comfortable, and elegant at any age.
Every dress and piece we offer is chosen with real women in mind — women who want timeless style without compromising on comfort.
